You have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We also cannot accept refunds for items that have been shipped, but have not yet arrived. You must wait for the item to arrive, at which point it can be returned to us. If you want to cancel your order after payment, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can cancel your order before the item is shipped.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not cover the cost of return shipment for returned items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
If the product is not in the original packaging or it is used, we cannot accept it.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your return request is accepted, you are allowed to choose between a full refund or receiving an e-gift card with the equivalent refund value to spend at Mureisaki.com.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
