    If I contact you, how long will it take for a reply?

    We respond back in 1-2 business days. 

    Where do you ship from?

    We ship from Toronto and Taipei! We are 2 owners, located in 2 locations. 

    Where can I check the status of my order?

    You can check the status of your order on our Tracking Page, found at the bottom of our website. 

    How long will it take to ship my order?

    Processing time takes 2-5 business days, and delivery time takes 10-20 business days. Please be aware that due to Covid-19, there can be delays of up to a few days for your package to arrive.

    If I order multiple items, will they arrive at the same time?

    Most of the time, yes. On rare occasions you might have your order arrive in a separate package on a different date.

    What happens if my order has shipped, but not arrived?

    On the rare occasion of this happening, we suggest to directly contact the shipping company—whether that be USPS, Canada Post, etc. Once we ship the package out, it is out of our control and in theirs. They will know much more information than us on where the package is and how to get it to you. 

    What is the return policy?

    You have 30 days after receiving your order to send it back. Please check over our Return Policy at the bottom of our website to see in full detail.

    Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

    If you change your mind, you can cancel or change the order during the processing stage. Please be aware that we process within 2-5 business days. We won't be able to cancel or change your order once it has shipped. Please contact us ASAP if you change your mind.
